These Terms govern the use of https://kocation.com ("the Site"), operated by VISION Administrative Office (비전행정사사무소), and the relocation consultation services offered through it.
2. Scope of Services
KOCATION is the Korea-entry service brand of VISION Administrative Office. Services cover corporate entity setup (foreign-invested company, branch office, liaison office), visa preparation and filing, housing coordination, settlement assistance, family/education guidance, and corporate relocation packages. Visa and registration filings are performed by licensed administrative agents (행정사) of VISION Administrative Office. Individual matters may be executed through the office’s affiliated service brands, but intake, coordination, and responsibility toward the client remain with VISION Administrative Office.
3. No Price Disclosure / No Guarantee of Outcome
Service scope and any applicable fees are confirmed individually after consultation and are not published on this Site. We do not guarantee specific outcomes (e.g., housing terms, timelines) as these depend on third parties such as landlords, government offices, and institutions outside our control.
4. User Responsibilities
Users are responsible for providing accurate information when making an inquiry. KOCATION is not liable for delays or issues arising from inaccurate or incomplete information provided by the user.
5. Intellectual Property
All content on this Site, including text, design, and graphics, is the property of KOCATION / VISION Administrative Office and may not be reproduced without permission.
