These Terms govern the use of https://kocation.com ("the Site"), operated by VISION Administrative Office (비전행정사사무소), and the relocation consultation services offered through it.

KOCATION provides relocation support services — housing coordination, settlement assistance, family/education guidance, and corporate relocation packages. Visa filing and corporate/investment registration are provided by our licensed sister sites (visaskorea.com, investkorea.co.kr), not directly by KOCATION.
3. No Price Disclosure / No Guarantee of Outcome
Service scope and any applicable fees are confirmed individually after consultation and are not published on this Site. We do not guarantee specific outcomes (e.g., housing terms, timelines) as these depend on third parties such as landlords, government offices, and institutions outside our control.
4. User Responsibilities
Users are responsible for providing accurate information when making an inquiry. KOCATION is not liable for delays or issues arising from inaccurate or incomplete information provided by the user.
5. Intellectual Property
All content on this Site, including text, design, and graphics, is the property of KOCATION / VISION Administrative Office and may not be reproduced without permission.
