One Intake for Company Setup, Visas and Housing: What We Handle and What We Don't
KOCATION supports foreign companies entering the Korean market — company, branch and liaison office setup, expatriate assignment visas, and the housing and settlement that follow. It is operated by VISION Administrative Office, a licensed administrative agency (행정사) that handles the entity and the people through one point of intake, so the work is administrative filing and coordination under the Administrative Agent Act.
What we handle: preparing and filing the documents for foreign-investment reports, foreign-invested company registration and branch or liaison office setup; preparing and filing assignment-visa and dependent (F-3) applications, including certificates of visa issuance and status changes or extensions; scheduling the deadlines that follow arrival, such as alien registration and the report of change of place of stay; and sequencing the steps after a lease is signed so that deposit protection is actually in place.
What we do not do: we do not represent clients in litigation or court proceedings, act as a licensed real-estate broker, represent clients in tax filings, file labour or social-insurance reports, or file registrations with the courts. Those belong to other licensed professionals, and we coordinate timing with them. Visa outcomes are decided by the immigration authorities, so we do not promise approval.
